Corpus Christi students in Piedmont often look ahead to the Catholic high schools of the East Bay, which means the High School Placement Test in January of 8th grade. Students take it once, at one school, and send their scores to the others.
Our UC Berkeley tutors help 7th and 8th graders prepare with a plan that starts in the fall, builds vocabulary, reading speed and math skills, and ends with timed practice tests. We also help younger students with math, reading and writing, and with the study habits that make the move to high school easier.
