Piedmont takes its schools seriously. The middle school and both high schools sit side by side on Magnolia Avenue, a short walk from Piedmont Park, and every fall purple Piedmont Education Foundation signs go up on lawns across town. Our tutors are UC Berkeley students, and Piedmont is one of the closest towns to campus.

Piedmont teaches integrated math, with optional faster tracks that begin in middle school or 9th grade, and Piedmont High’s honors and AP classes ask for a lot of time outside class. Our tutors help students keep up in compressed math, prepare for the summer challenge exam that opens another route to calculus, and manage the long block periods and heavy reading of upper-level courses.
