Science classes ask students to do two hard things at once: understand new concepts and apply them with math. Our tutors help with both.
Tell us about your student. We’ll help you find a Stanford tutor who fits.

Chemistry, physics, biology and more
Our tutors are Stanford students with strong science backgrounds. We tutor Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Earth Science at every level, including honors and AP courses.
Chemistry and physics in particular can feel like a big jump, because the problems combine new ideas with a lot of algebra. A tutor can slow things down, work through problems step by step and help your student see how the pieces fit together.
Our science tutors, in parents’ own words
All reviews ↗“My son had a wonderful experience with Cardinal Tutors when he needed help with his High School math and science classes. It turns out my son also needed help staying organized with all his assignments, something that the tutor helped with as well.”

Built around your student’s class
Sessions follow your student’s own course, so the help lines up with what they’re learning, whether that means getting ready for a unit test, working through a lab report or reviewing for a final.
Sessions are one-on-one, at your home or online from anywhere.
Tell us about your student, and we’ll match them with a Stanford tutor who fits.
